診療業務開始1周年のご挨拶

TK-Lab.Ambition Inc. was founded on December 1, 2024, and officially commenced clinical veterinary services in dairy production fields across Hokkaido on April 1, 2025.

Our founding was driven by a fundamental question: What kind of veterinary medicine is truly needed in the field? Modern veterinary knowledge has become increasingly specialized and fragmented. We established TK-Lab with the ambition to reconnect these disciplines and deliver truly integrated care across internal medicine, surgery, reproduction, and herd management. Our mission is to realize: Comprehensive Veterinary Clinical Medicine.

TK-Lab started with that idea, and we were able to have a wonderful year. We faced severe environmental conditions, complex and unfamiliar clinical cases, the challenge of balancing data-driven analysis with real-time field decisions, and the responsibility of building a new organization from the ground up. Yet, step by step, we have continued moving forward. This has been possible only because of the trust and support of dairy producers we work with every day, our dedicated team members, partner companies, and fellow veterinary professionals.

This past year has been both a year of challenge and a year of planting seeds of trust. Looking ahead, we are committed to nurturing these seeds into lasting value that contributes to the sustainable future of dairy production. With ambition at our core, we will continue to expand the possibilities of production animal clinical medicine through field-oriented practice, scientific research, professional education, and technological innovation. Although we are still a young organization, we believe that youth enables bold challenge. And we firmly believe that only through continuous challenge can the future be created.
